These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Betjee Win platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you are agreeing to everything set out below. Please read the full document — we have written it in plain English so it is easy to understand for all our Pakistani users.

By creating a Betjee Win account or using this platform in any way you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using Betjee Win immediately. These terms apply to all users in Pakistan.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and Betjee Win ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Betjee Win website, mobile interface and any related services provided by Betjee Win to users in Pakistan.
Betjee Win is an online betting and gaming platform. The platform offers sports betting (including cricket betting and football betting), virtual sports, casino games, roulette and related services. All services are provided exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible to eligible users in Pakistan who meet the requirements set out in these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Betjee Win. Where these Terms are silent on a particular matter, our Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming guidelines may provide additional clarity.
By accessing Betjee Win, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform — including promotions, the referral programme or live betting — you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If at any point you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
To use Betjee Win's betting services you must register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements. During registration you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, phone number and a working email address.
Each person may register only one Betjee Win account. This applies regardless of device used, household address, phone number or payment method. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using false identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected:
You are solely responsible for keeping your Betjee Win login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by a third party, contact Betjee Win support immediately at support@betjeewin.app. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account credentials until you report a compromise to us in writing.
Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Betjee Win may request identity documents (CNIC, utility bill, bank statement) at any time. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register a Betjee Win account and to use any services offered on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Betjee Win takes underage gambling very seriously.
We use your CNIC information to verify age at registration. We may at any time request additional documentation to verify that you are of legal age. If we are unable to confirm your age within a reasonable timeframe, we will suspend betting functionality on your account and freeze any balance until verification is complete.
If it is established that a Betjee Win account was opened by a person under 18 years of age:
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing betting platforms, including Betjee Win. If you suspect a minor has registered an account, contact us immediately at support@betjeewin.app.
All deposits and transactions on Betjee Win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via the following methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no upper deposit limit specified in these Terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Betjee Win does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the user's responsibility.
Deposits are typically credited to your Betjee Win account balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Betjee Win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Betjee Win account come from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used. Betjee Win may request evidence of your source of funds as part of compliance checks. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in account restriction.
Betjee Win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your Betjee Win account must match the name on the payment method used. Mismatches will result in deposits being returned and potential account suspension.
Betjee Win aims to process all withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted, provided they are received before 11:00 PM PST. Requests received after this time are processed on the following day. Our same-day payout success rate is consistently above 98%.
Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is no longer available, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request. Betjee Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Betjee Win may require full KYC verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or a bank statement. Withdrawals will be held in pending status until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
Betjee Win does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if your balance is being returned following account closure for terms violations or fraud, an administrative fee may apply to cover investigation costs.
All bets placed on Betjee Win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market in question. General betting rules are set out here; sport-specific rules are available within the platform's help section for each product area.
A bet is only confirmed once Betjee Win's system has accepted it and a bet confirmation reference has been issued. Betjee Win reserves the right to decline or void any bet at any time before confirmation for any reason, including pricing errors, system errors or incomplete information.
Bets are voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the event does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled start time; a market was offered in error. In all cases of voiding, the original stake is returned to your Betjee Win balance.
Live in-play markets are offered on cricket, football and other sports at Betjee Win's discretion. In-play markets may be suspended during key match events (wickets, goals, VAR reviews). Betjee Win is not responsible for bets placed at incorrect odds due to communication delays between the event and the platform.
Odds errors: if a bet is placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error on Betjee Win's part, we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake. We will notify affected users directly. This does not affect bets placed in good faith at correctly displayed odds.
Betjee Win offers a range of promotions to new and existing users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general bonus terms.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through duplicate accounts, co-ordinated betting, arbitrage strategies or any other means that Betjee Win deems abusive will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account closure. Betjee Win's decision in cases of suspected bonus abuse is final.
Betjee Win's Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn a bonus of Rs 1,000 for each friend they successfully refer to the platform. The following conditions apply:

Betjee Win will not knowingly allow continued use of the platform by any person who has self-excluded. If a self-excluded user contacts us requesting early reinstatement, we will refuse the request for the duration of the exclusion period.
Users may close their Betjee Win account at any time by contacting support@betjeewin.app. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five working days, subject to standard KYC checks being satisfied.
Betjee Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended or closed for breach of Terms, Betjee Win may withhold balances pending investigation. If fraud or money laundering is confirmed, all funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter reported to relevant authorities. Betjee Win's decisions in these matters are final.
Betjee Win collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We collect information including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, betting history and device information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the Betjee Win platform.
Betjee Win does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betjee Win. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and may lead to legal action:
Betjee Win employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts will be frozen pending investigation. Betjee Win cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement agencies in matters involving fraud and financial crime.
Betjee Win provides its services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
Betjee Win is not liable for:
Our total liability to any individual user in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits Betjee Win's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in Pakistan.
Betjee Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email to the address registered on their account and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of Betjee Win after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect users' rights — may be made without prior notice. All versions of these Terms are archived and available on request from support@betjeewin.app.

If you are dissatisfied with any outcome or decision made by Betjee Win, please submit a formal complaint in writing to support@betjeewin.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account ID, the date of the issue and a clear description of your concern. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within seven working days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may seek further guidance through appropriate consumer protection channels available in Pakistan.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Betjee Win shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
